· I’ll be there on the time

3. Canceling an appointment

· I’m sorry, I’m busy
· I’m terribly sorry, I have t put off my appointment

4. Changing an appointment

· Do you have another time this morning?
· Could we change the schedule of the meeting?
· I’m sorry, I’m so busy on that day, what about…..?(Monday at 03.00 P.M)
